The first regular international freight train from the Hebei province of China is expected to arrive in Tashkent on October 25, the Chinese newspaper “Jenmin Jibao” reported.
The train departed on October 12 from Shijiazhuang.
The 50-car train will deliver to Tashkent cargo worth 30 million yuan, including spare parts for medical equipment, bicycles, car parts and industrial equipment.
The launch of regular rail communications from the Chinese province will increase the supply of Hebei-made goods to Europe and Asia.
