The Agency sent a request to the Prosecutor General’s Office to investigate the case. The pre-trial investigation revealed a violation of the law “On Public Procurement” and a conflict of interest in the purchase of the car.
As a result, the order of the district khokim was annulled, and the LLC returned 260 million soums to the account of the khokimiyat.
