Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulates Yoshihide Suga on his election as Prime Minister of Japan
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has congratulated Yoshihide Suga, leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan, on his election as Prime Minister of the country.

According to the presidential press service, in his letter, the head of our state noted the current high level of bilateral relations and expressed confidence in the further consolidation of the Uzbek-Japanese strategic partnership.
It should be noted that Yoshihide Suga has become Japan’s new prime minister following the resignation of Shinzo Abe. He is the 99th PM of Japan.
