He was born in 1992 in the Jalakuduk district, Andijan region.

In 2015-2019 he studied at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. In 2018-2020 he was the chairman of the Mirzo-Ulugbek District Council of the Social-Democratic Party Adolat.
