According to the ministry’s report, the Anti-Crisis Fund has allocated 1 trillion 296 billion soums to the Sanitary-Epidemiological Wellbeing Service and its regional centers for measures aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus.
It was noted that 124,104 employees of the medical, sanitary-epidemiological and other services were paid additional incentives in the amount of 482 billion soums. In particular, 94,945 employees received 148.6 billion soums as a 6 percent daily allowance of their monthly salary. Of these, 25,307 doctors were paid 58.2 billion soums, 43,479 nurses – 60.5 billion soums, 12,357 junior nurses – 13.5 billion soums and 13,802 other employees – 16.4 billion soums.
At the same time, 307.5 billion soums were paid to 14,427 employees as special additional incentive payments for a 14-day period of work. The tariff coefficient on salaries of employees, who work under severe working conditions, has been increased by 5%.
The Ministry of Finance recalled that the above payments were calculated together with income tax and single tax expenses. In particular, doctors who treated coronavirus patients for 14 days are paid 25 million soums.
In order to pay 25 million soums to the treating doctors, an additional 12% income tax, 1% fee to the trade union and 25% single tax expenses are calculated together, that is, 35.9 million soums are spent to pay 25 million soums to one doctor.
