Alisher Kadirov, Chairman of the Milliy Tiklanish Democratic Party, suggested suspending the repatriation of citizens from abroad and instead, offered to finance their treatment in the foreign countries where they currently reside. The deputy of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis noted this on his social network page.
“Let’s learn from the experience of the state of Israel in fighting viruses. They closed their borders for everyone until September 1, 2020. Why? Because anyone, who enters can bring in a new, non-adaptive type of the virus. That means a new wave.
It is not in vain that our Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) said: “When you hear that a plague is in a land, do not enter it and if the plague breaks out in a place while you are in it, do not leave that place.”
We need to think about stopping the repatriation of our compatriots from abroad, instead, think about financing their treatment in the countries where they live. This will be good, first of all, for the relatives of our compatriots, as well as for the whole country,” the politician said.
