Foreign Ministers of Central Asian countries and China to hold a meeting in a new format

On July 16, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Abdulaziz Kamilov, will participate in the first “China - Central Asia” ministerial videoconference meeting, the MFA press service informs.
Representatives who participate in the meeting include Chinese Foreign Minister Wan Yi, Mukhtar Tleuberdi of Kazakhstan, Chingiz Aidarbekov of Kyrgyzstan, Sirojiddin Mukhriddin representing Tajikistan and Turkmen Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov.
The parties will discuss cooperation in fighting the coronavirus pandemic, strengthening relations to ensure regional security and stability, and mechanisms to promote economic growth.
