Because the opportunities are not the same everywhere in the republic, especially in remote areas. If we launch TV classes online, it will be an additional help to our pupils in those places.

There is a concept called "Flipped Classroom". In this case, homework is not given, instead, children watch more videos as homework. Pupils can have TV classes at home, at the same time they can have hands-on activities in the classroom. To continue this process, video lessons on television are also needed.
