“Qanotchi” restaurant closed down for violating quarantine rules
The head of “Qanotchi” restaurant, who decided to open his cafe as an experiment during the quarantine period, was fined, UzA reported with reference to the press service of the State Inspection for Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance under the Cabinet of Ministers.

“A protocol on administrative responsibility for violation of the requirements of the Special Republican Commission for combating coronavirus has been drawn up against the restaurant’s director,” the report said.
It became known that the restaurant was engaged in unauthorized activities during the quarantine period and violated the May 6 requirements of the Special Republican Commission. According to this document, the activities of entertainment facilities (night clubs, restaurants, cafés and others) have been banned.
The investigation was carried out on the basis of a decree to protect the rights and legitimate interests of business entities.
In relation to the head of the institution, a protocol was drawn up under Article 54 of the Administrative Responsibility Code, all the evidence of the case was submitted to the Yakkasaray district administrative court for subsequent consideration.
Earlier the DIA press service reported that “Qanotchi” started working as an experiment, within which the restaurant administration at its own expense equipped the hall taking into account sanitary and epidemiological standards.
