According to the Ministry of Public Education (MPE), media reports on the abolition of school exams are not true.
“The Special Republican Commission, MPE and interested state institutions are considering possible options for conducting or canceling final and state exams in grades 5-11 of secondary public schools,” the MPE statement reads.
The Ministry of Public Education will inform through its official website about the Commission’s decision on this issue.
However, schoolchildren are encouraged to continue mastering the curriculum watching video lessons on TV.
The MPE has already made a similar statement earlier in April.
