According to the document, medical staff of the Agency for Sanitary and Epidemiological Wellbeing under the Ministry of Health and its territorial divisions will be paid the following premiums:
- the established amount of premium that is paid for working in hazardous to health and difficult conditions will be increased from 15-50 percent to 40-75 percent, respectively;
- the tariff coefficient for wage categories will be applied with an increase of 5 percent.
These financial incentive measures are effective from March 16, 2020, until the end of the month of the official cessation of measures to counteract the spread of coronavirus infection in the republic.
Also, medical staff of the agency and its territorial divisions, during the period of involvement in measures to counteract the spread of coronavirus infection, retain the right to receive a daily allowance of 6 percent of the monthly official salary, as well as other benefits provided by law.
In addition, according to the decree, a department was created in the central office of the agency to develop the material-technical base and attract investments.
The decree says chief state sanitary doctors are empowered to organize temporary anti-epidemic detachments with the involvement of medical and other personnel of state and non-state medical institutions during the quarantine period.
During the quarantine period, the employees of state medical institutions involved in temporary units retain the amount of remuneration at the main place of work.
