Central Bank issues preliminary permission for creating Anorbank

On March 9, the Banking Supervisory Committee of the Central Bank decided to issue preliminary permission to create a digital bank -- Anorbank Joint Stock Company -- in the city of Tashkent.
Prior permission to create the bank is given for a period of six months.
During this period, the founders must take appropriate organizational and technical measures and form the authorized capital of the bank to obtain a banking license.
