An extraordinary session of the Kattakurgan city council of people’s deputies was held. It considered an organizational issue.

Muzaffar Khoshimov, who previously served as khokim of the Kattakurgan city of Samarkand region, was dismissed from his post.

At the session, deputies approved Gavhar Alimova as acting khokim of the Kattakurgan city.

Prior to her appointment, Gavhar Alimova had been working as the first deputy head of the mahalla and family affairs department of Samarkand region.
