State Customs Committee seize illegally stored medical masks worth over 660 million soums
Employees of the State Customs Committee revealed the fact of illegal storage of medical masks in large quantities.

According to the press service of the State Customs Committee, recently, following an operational event carried out by employees of the Anti-smuggling and combatting customs violations department of the SCC, the fact of illegal storage of medical masks in large quantities was revealed.
During the event, an inspection was carried out in the house of citizen S.Kh., with the participation of witnesses.
“As a result of the inspection, a warehouse was discovered where medical masks of unknown quality, without a mandatory certificate of compliance, were illegally stored. The total cost of the goods was 668.4 million soums. It was further established that the discovered goods were planned to be sold abroad,” the press service of the department said.
Currently, customs checks are underway on the above fact.
