Chorsu Hotel sold for 16.9 billion soums
On February 17, Chorsu Hotel in Tashkent was sold for 16.9 billion soums.

At the E-ijro Auksion website, the starting price was set at 1 soum. Within 10 hours of trading, the price reached 16.9 billion soums. The winner of the auction was an investment company from the UAE – Ittihad International Investment LLC.
If the winner of the auction refuses the deal, the hotel may be acquired by another company Fajr Mustaqbal General Trading LLC, which is ready to pay 16.8 billion soums for the hotel.
According to the requirements, the investor must invest at least $25 million in the creation of a 3-star hotel within two years.
