Citizens of Uzbekistan may be allowed to stay in Russia without registration for up to 15 days – REGNUM

Uzbekistan and Russia are considering the issue of extending the duration of stay of Uzbek citizens in the Russian Federation without registration for up to 15 days, REGNUM reports citing a source in the Uzbek government.
“The relevant ministries and departments of the two countries have been tasked with developing a bilateral agreement that will extend the duration of stay of Uzbek citizens in Russia,” the source said.
Currently, citizens of Uzbekistan are allowed to stay in the Russian Federation for up to 7 days without registration.
