UzLiDeP nominates Abdulla Aripov as a candidate for Prime Minister of Uzbekistan

A meeting of the political council of Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan (UzLiDeP) is being held in Tashkent.
As Kun.uz correspondent reports, at the meeting it was decided to submit the candidacy of Abdulla Aripov to the post of prime minister of the country for consideration by the president.
According to the Constitution, the party with the largest number of seats in the Legislative Chamber has the right to nominate the prime minister.
It should be noted that Abdulla Aripov has been serving as prime minister of the country since December 14, 2016.
