Shavkat Mirziyoyev urges leading Japanese companies and financial institutions to invest in Uzbekistan

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting with representatives of Japanese business circles in Tokyo, the presidential press service said.
The meeting was attended by heads of such leading corporations, companies and financial institutions as JETRO, JICA, JABIC, NEDO, JOGMEC, Mitsubishi, Itochu, Sumitomo, Marubeni and Isuzu.
During the talks, information on the results of the Uzbekistan-Japan business forum held on December 16 in Tokyo was provided.
Mirziyoyev urged companies and financial institutions of Japan to actively participate in the implementation of investment projects in Uzbekistan.
