The program, according to which a client can obtain a new car by handing over the old one and paying for the value difference, has been in force in the country since October 1.

Now, in particular, it has been established that when selling cars by legal entities and individuals to official dealer enterprises using the trade-in system, notarization of the transaction is not required.
