One of the leading tourist shopping channels of Germany and the European Union, Sonnenklar.TV, has begun to promote tourism potential of Uzbekistan. This is the first of a series of special reports in 2019 on tourism opportunities, historical cities and world-famous sights of the republic, designed to provide wide and targeted information to both German and other television viewers from Europe.

It should be recalled that recently, within the framework of the ITB Berlin 2019 exhibition, acting chairman of the Tourism Committee Abdulaziz Akkulov reached practical agreements with the leadership of the channel on the joint promotion of the tourism brand of Uzbekistan in Germany and other EU countries.
According to the press service of the State Committee for Tourism Development, intensification of cooperation with leading tour operators and media in Germany and other EU countries, joint measures and projects implemented with them will lead to a doubling of tourist inflow from European nations to Uzbekistan by the end of this year.
