Request for a number of documents to exchange driving licenses abolished

According to the governmental resolution (No.202 dated March 09, 2019), an addenda was introduced to the law on granting national driving license. It was reported by the telegram channel of the Ministry of Justice.
According to the additions made to the regulation, requesting the followings is forbidden upon exchanging driving licenses:
driver's examination paper;
confirmation of the Traffic Department issued a national certificate;
medical certificate;
document proving that driver has operated a vehicle for 12 months.
That is to say, until 31 December, 2020, upon exchanging the national driving license to the new one, only passport, old driving license and its reference will be required for renewal.
