By the joint resolution of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Inspectorate, the list of TOP-1000 higher education institutions of the world, whose diplomas are accepted without additional exams, has been approved.

According to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, the list is based on the rating of the following international organizations:

ARWU - The Academic Ranking of Universities;
THE - Times Higher Education;
QS - Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings.

The resolution applies to higher education institutions included in the TOP-1000 list until the new rating is announced.

Earlier it was reported that diplomas of Russian higher education institutions might be nostrified without additional exams.
