Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute and Privolzhsky Research Medical University have agreed to create a joint international program for undergraduate and clinical traineeship students.

From February 6 to 9, a delegation from Privolzhsky Research Medical University, consisting of Rector Nikolai Karyakin and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Elena Bogomolova, visited Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute.

During the visit, a meeting of the Russian delegation with the rector of TashPMI, B.T. Daminov, was organized. During the meeting, issues of further developing relations and mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed. As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached on cooperation in the training of highly qualified medical personnel.

Thus, the parties agreed to create a joint international program for undergraduate and postgraduate students. In addition, graduates of this program will be awarded double degree diplomas – both from TashPMI and PRMU.
