Government adopts Resolution on unused real estate properties in Andijan

Uzbek government adopted a decree on measures for effective use of real estate and land plots in Andijan region. Telegram channel of the Ministry of Justice reported about it.

The resolution envisages the effective use of 135 unused state-owned real estate objects and 20 land plots with total area of 58,9 thousand square meters in Andijan region.

Real estate objects and land plots, which are envisaged in the decision, are granted to business entities who take responsibility for investment and social obligations with the condition to keep their entrepreneurial activities for 30 years.

Nongovernmental nurseries on a public-private partnership, during the whole period of the agreement, issue benefits to socially vulnerable children who make up 25% of the total number of kids, on terms that nursery fees should not exceed the size of governmental kindergartens in the area concerned.

During the contract term, private healthcare facilities provide free medical care to socially vulnerable layers of the population, which constitutes 25% of the total number of patients.

Nongovernmental schools provide preferential training for 25% of pupils from socially vulnerable class throughout the agreement period.
