Uzbek government introduced a change to the single tariff network for paying the labor

Recently, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution “On amendments to the single tariff network for paying the labor”.
It was noted that the resolution envisages implementing the presidential decree “On increase of salaries, pensions, scholarships and allowances” dated October 13, 2018 and strengthening the state support for socially vulnerable groups, as well as ensuring a rapid increase in the salaries of employees with low payouts.
According to the document, the figures “2,476”, “2,725”, “2,998” on the column “Tariff rates” of the single payment tariff network for labor, approved by the Resolution 206 of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 21, 2009, have been replaced with “2,847”, “2,997”, “3,148” accordingly.
Private enterprises and organizations, which use the single tariff network for paying the labor, will have the right to determine the increased tariff rates in paying for the employees based on their financial possibilities.
Implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Minister of Finance J. A. Kuchkorov.
