Kindergartens to provide additional paid services in Uzbekistan

In accordance with the draft State Program “Year of Active Investments and Social Development”, public preschool institutions will offer additional paid services.
It is noted that an appropriate draft normative-legislative document will be developed.
The draft document envisages:
• taking care of children and training them at weekends, as well as after the end of working day by the public preschool institutions;
• in addition to the established program, providing additional services, such as arranging sports-recreational activities (karate, taekwondo, swimming, chess, draughts, gymnastics, massage and etc.), organizing artistic-aesthetic, scientific training courses.
The draft normative-legal document will be developed by March 1, 2019. Ministry of Preschool Education, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice, State Inspectorate for Supervision of Education are responsible for its execution.
