The training is delivered by the international expert of the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI), Minju No.

“Re-engineering skills help to streamline the procedure of provision of public services to the population and businesses, enhance the interagency cooperation before the services are shifted to an electronic format and incorporated into a platform of the Single Portal of Online Government Services. Reengineering is a prerequisite that would eliminate the expenditures for ICT introduction in inefficient and outdated processes,” said the South Korean expert.

The participants are divided into five groups, each of which has analysts, lawyers, ICT and public relations specialists. Upon the training, the participants will present optimized models of service delivery, based of which they will come up with specific proposals on how to streamline the legislative framework and infrastructure.
