Organized by the Embassy of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Ministry of Commerce of Pakistan, the event successfully concluded at the Lahore Expo Center.

The exhibition showcased a diverse range of Uzbek-made products, including textiles, leather and footwear, electrical equipment, agricultural and food products, furniture and woodworking, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and construction materials. Additionally, Uzbekistan’s tourism potential was prominently featured.

A high-profile delegation of over 150 Uzbek entrepreneurs from various industries attended the event.

The opening ceremony was graced by Pakistani federal and local government officials, diplomatic representatives, and more than 500 Pakistani business leaders.

Over the course of three days, more than 80,000 visitors explored Uzbekistan's industrial products and potential business partnerships. The event facilitated over 500 B2B meetings, where discussions focused on new trade agreements and joint projects.

As a result of these engagements, 181 contracts worth a total of $500 million were signed, comprising $263 million in export deals and $236 million in import agreements.

During a meeting with Faiz Ahmad, Chief Executive of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, both sides agreed to:

- Expand the list of products covered under the Preferential Trade Agreement;

- Accelerate the process of obtaining phytosanitary permits for Uzbek fruit and vegetable exports to Pakistan;

- Establish a joint working group to promote products on both countries' e-commerce platforms.

Furthermore, discussions were held on setting up Uzbek trade houses in Pakistan, organizing commercial fairs on a reciprocal basis, and strengthening cooperation in industries such as textiles, food, pharmaceuticals, transport logistics, construction materials, leather processing, ceramics, and furniture manufacturing.
