In her remarks, Mirziyoyeva highlighted the importance of the center's mission and announced plans to enhance the system of screening and support for women. She noted that a new state program would focus on the prevention and treatment of cervical and breast cancer, emphasizing the need for regular screening for women.
"We will improve the screening and support system for women under the new state program aimed at preventing and treating cervical and breast cancer. Special attention will also be given to promoting breastfeeding," said Mirziyoyeva.
She expressed confidence that, through collective efforts, they can create conditions that ensure a happy motherhood for every woman. The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to advancing maternal and child health services and reinforcing support systems for women throughout Uzbekistan.
