On September 27, a cooperation memorandum was signed at a forum between the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and Dubai officials. Both parties discussed opportunities for collaboration in "green" energy, agriculture, tourism infrastructure, transport, and logistics.

The memorandum outlines plans for a delegation from the UAE business community to visit Uzbekistan, as well as the organization of a joint business council meeting and business forum. The two sides also agreed to establish joint ventures in agriculture and to facilitate the export of Uzbek products to the UAE and other Gulf nations.

The CCI highlighted that these initiatives are designed to support Uzbek producers and promote the country’s products in a region with high consumer demand.

Additionally, Uzbekistan is exploring the possibility of opening a regional distribution center in Qatar. The CCI is awaiting details on available space and rental costs at Hamad Port, with plans to partner with Qatar Airways for freight transport.
