The CIEIT, founded in 1935, is a leading UK institution specializing in international trade and export. Its main focus is on conducting research in global trade and export practices, as well as providing support and training to professionals in the field to enhance their knowledge and expertise. The institute also offers scientific and practical assistance to partner organizations on issues related to international trade legislation, export control, customs procedures, and logistics.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the scientific and practical dimensions of developing trade, economic, and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United Kingdom.
As a result of the discussions, an agreement was reached to establish collaboration between the CIEIT and relevant ministries and agencies of Uzbekistan.
