During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of bilateral relations and prospects for further strengthening cooperation between Uzbekistan and France. The sides also reviewed the schedule of upcoming events.

The Deputy Chief of the State Protocol Department of France wished the Ambassador of Uzbekistan success in his efforts to steadily develop mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.

It is worth noting that Nodir Ganiev previously served as the Acting Chargé d'Affaires and then, since October 2023, as the first Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Sweden. He succeeds Sardor Rustambaev in Paris, who led the Embassy of Uzbekistan in France from 2018 to 2023 and has been appointed as Ambassador to India.
