“Bakhti Tashkentsky” sentenced to 15-day imprisonment

On November 29 of this year, Kudratullayev Bakhtiyor Zaparovich was found guilty of committing administrative offenses under Article 183 (petty hooliganism) and Article 194-1 (failure to comply with the legal requirement of a DIA employee) of the Criminal Code and was sentenced to 15 days in prison.

According to UzNews.uz, on November 28, 2023, at around 21:45, Kudratullayev Bakhtiyor Zaparovich was in the yard of a house on Kuhinur street, Yakkasaray district, Tashkent city, and shouted at the police officers in a public place, disturbing the peace of citizens and society. He deliberately violated the rules of conduct and did not fulfill the legal requirements of police officers when he was invited to the DIA building for clarification of his identity.

The offender B. Kudratullayev did not admit to the offense at the court session, stated that he did not commit any offense, he was taken from his home when he was at home, and asked the court to consider the case fairly.

According to the court verdict, Kudratullayev Bakhtiyor Zaparovich was found to have committed administrative offenses under Article 183 (failure to comply with the legal requirements of an employee of internal affairs) and Article 194-1 (petty hooliganism) of the Civil Code and was sentenced to 15-day administrative imprisonment.

It should be recalled that on December 3 of this year, a criminal case was initiated against Bakhtiyor Kudratullayev, known as “Bakhti Tashkentsky”, under Article 165-3 (a large amount of extortion) and Article 276-2 (possessing a large amount of narcotics) of the Criminal Code.
