Bobur Bekmurodov, the leader of the "Yuksalush" nationwide movement, noted that the lack of cameras recording traffic violations installed by business entities and suspicions of "unfair business" activities are worrying the public. According to him, the MIA Road Safety Service should take measures against this as soon as possible.
Bekmurodov made several suggestions in this regard.
First of all, he wrote, it is necessary to check the records of all entities engaged in this business activity in the last weeks and to take measures to make a legal assessment.
Secondly, if as a result of the inspection, fines collected through "unfair business" are revealed, they should be canceled and payments to drivers should be returned at the expense of entrepreneurs.
Thirdly, it is necessary to introduce the practice of continuous monitoring of the fines registered through control cameras of business entities.
Fourthly, in order to protect citizens from the hassle of complaining about unfair fines, it is necessary to create the possibility of filing complaints online.
Fifth, it is necessary to make it mandatory to install speed limit signs next to the radar installation signs in all locations.
He added that it is appropriate to establish the practice of regularly informing the public about the activities in this regard.
In order to ensure the safety of pedestrians and road users, "Yuksalish" asks citizens to strictly follow the traffic rules.
