In January-June, Turkmenistan is in first place in the supply of pipeline gas to China – $5.06 billion. Russia is in second place with $3.4 billion.
Other pipeline gas suppliers are Myanmar ($737.9 million), Kazakhstan ($448.7 million) and Uzbekistan ($203.9 million).
Since 2022, the agency’s online system has not provided the volume of imported pipeline gas, according to the Frequently Asked Questions section on the customs website. The corresponding column remains empty for all supplier countries.
Earlier, it was reported that the cost of supplying Uzbek pipeline gas to China in 2022 amounted to $1.07 billion.
