According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the preliminary conclusion of the forensic medical examination showed that Alexander Nechayev’s death was the result of “chronic cardiopulmonary insufficiency and coronary heart disease”.
“When examining the body, no bodily injuries and mutilations were found,” the supervisory authority said.
