Since June 2022, he has served as deputy chairman of the executive committee of the central council of the Ecoparty. 

Abdushukur Khamzayev was born in 1973 in the Uzun district, Surkhandarya region. In 1995, he graduated from the Samarkand Institute of Agriculture, and in 2013 – the Academy of Public Administration. 

For many years, he has been dealing with issues of ecology and environmental protection. He is the author of 17 varieties of agricultural crops and 16 patents for inventions, published more than 270 scientific papers. 

It should be recalled that in December 2021, the former head of the Ecoparty, Narzullo Oblomurodov, became the chairman of the State Committee on Ecology and Environmental Protection.
