The State Statistics Committee notes that beef imports increased by almost 2 thousand tons compared to the same period last year.

In January-February 2022, Uzbekistan imported beef mainly from the following countries:

• Belarus - 4 thousand tons
• Kazakhstan - 1.2 thousand tons
• Ukraine - 320 tons
