The project proposes to hold an annual 2-week winter vacation for students of vocational education institutions and universities between the last ten days of December and the first ten days of January (December 20 to January 10).

It is noted that 10 days before the start of the winter holidays, Uzbekistan Railways JSC and Uzbekistan Airways JSC, on the basis of a 50% discount on the full value of the ticket, sells tickets for high-speed and passenger trains (except high-speed trains and SV, VIP carriages of all passenger trains) and domestic flights within the country.

A mechanism for providing preferential tickets for students to travel by intercity bus service will also be introduced.

In order to coordinate the schedule of movement of students during the winter holidays, a special electronic platform (www.e-holiday.uz) will be created for students who live in one region of the country and study in another region.
