It was noted that the level of satisfaction of appeals is growing every year. In particular, this figure was 47.5% in 2017, 53.9% in 2018, 60.9% in 2019, 60.4% in 2020 and 86.7% in 2021.
The problem of plastic cards – in the first 5 months after Shavkat Mirziyoyev established a system of communication with the public, the Presidential Virtual Reception received 7,000 complaints on this issue. The problem has been analyzed, studied and the sphere has been reformed. “As a result, in 2018-2021, the Presidential Virtual Reception and the People’s Reception received almost no complaints about the full transfer of pensions and other social benefits to a plastic card without the consent of the people,” the press service of the Presidential People’s Reception said.
The issue of obtaining citizenship – as a result of the examination of applications received, at the initiative of the President, the procedure for obtaining citizenship of Uzbekistan was simplified and allowed more than 100 thousand families to apply.
Currency conversion is the analysis of appeals in this regard, after which the foreign exchange market was liberalized and the old model of economy, which was linked to the lack of conversion, was completely abandoned. As a result, more than 22,000 applications for currency conversion were received in 2017, compared to 124 in 2018, 156 in 2019, 101 in 2020 and 33 in 2021.
Housing issue – over the past 5 years, more than 11 thousand 70 homeless, socially vulnerable families, people with disabilities, graduates of orphanages, women in difficult circumstances have been provided with housing and permanent employment on the basis of preferential loans or the right of permanent use.

In particular, over the past 5 years, these analyzes have focused on the opening of borders, the restoration of good neighborly relations, civil, permanent residence system, amnesty, pension, currency policy reform, compensation to owners of demolished real estate, the implementation of “Obod Qishloq” and “Obod Mahalla” programs.
