The State Commission for State Property Tenders has made a decision regarding the privatization of large real estate facilities, the Agency for State Asset Management reports.

In accordance with this decision, the winners are:

1. The building of the newspaper production complex, located on the intersection of Bukhara and Nuronilar streets, Mirabad district, Tashkent city, with a redemption value of 78 billion soums - Metro Plaza LLC;

2. The Ichan Kala complex, located on Yusuf Khos Khojib street, Yakkasaray district, Tashkent city, with a redemption value of 74.2 billion soums - QUADRO IH DMCC company;

3. “Central building” (former SSS building - approx.), Located on Sayilgokh street, Yunusabad district, Tashkent city, with a redemption value of 210 billion soums - METROPOL GROUP LLC.

It is noted that the Agency for the State Asset Management begins to conclude sales agreements with the tender winners.

It is also planned to continue the privatization processes of the property complex of LLC “Poytaht Biznes Majmuasi”, LLC “Qizil Suv Sport Sog’lomlantirish”, the “Malika” shopping and service complex.
