Uztransgaz and Rothschild & Cie have agreed on cooperation, Spot writes with reference to the press service of the Energy Ministry.

It includes fundraising through international loans, assessing the debt portfolio and financing it.

The parties will also work to improve the quality of attracted loans and diversify financing for future projects.

Earlier, it was reported that Uztransgaz became the most unprofitable state-owned company in 2020 – the company showed a negative result of 3.5 trillion soums.
