Bahrom Kuchkarov was born in 1972 in Namangan. In 1994, he graduated from the Tashkent State Law Institute, in 1998 – from the Washington College of Law (USA) and in 1999 – from the Tashkent State University of Economics.

He began his career in 1994 in the system of the Ministry of Justice.

In 2017-2020, he headed the State Committee on Ecology and Environmental Protection.

It should be recalled that in March of the current year, the former khokim of the city of Namangan, Shavkat Abdurazzakov, was approved as chairman of the Ecology Committee.
