Today, February 20, in Ankara, a meeting of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev with the heads of Turkish companies, and business circles was held.

At the meeting, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev spoke about the legal conditions created for investors in Uzbekistan, and in turn, Turkish entrepreneurs made presentations of their future projects.

Board Chairman of the Eczacıbaşı Group Bülent Eczacıbaşı said that the company has been closely monitoring the business environment in Uzbekistan since 2017.
 
“Mr. President, I am well aware of your efforts to make Uzbekistan an attractive destination for investors not only in Central Asia but also around the world.

The company that I lead is 80 years old. It is a company with more than 40 directions.

Our company produces raw materials for the extraction and production of precious metals (copper, gold, silver, lead) other than iron.

We want to work with Uzbekistan and we want to get started soon.

In addition, we intend to invest in your country in the production of sanitary ceramics,” Kun.uz correspondent quotes Eczacıbaşı as saying.
