In accordance with the presidential decree of September 17, Ulugbek Azamov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Tourism Development.

Prior to his appointment, Azamov worked as a Trade and Economic Adviser at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Turkey.

Ulugbek Azamov was born in 1981 in Tashkent. In 2002, he graduated from the University of Surrey in the UK with a degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management.
