Information on whether or not applicants are shortlisted to be a student will be posted on the official website of the State Testing Center within one week from the date of the test completion. The Ministry of Justice reports about this.

Applicants who are not recommended for admission may be admitted based on the additional tuition fee in accordance with the established quota.

In addition to the established quota, fee-based admission is determined by the decision of the State Commission based on the proposals of higher education institutions considering their opportunities, selection and the scores earned.

Universities will present proposals for additional admission to the State Commission by October 15 in consultation with the relevant ministries and departments.

The State Commission will review the proposals and announce their decision by October 20.
