On June 14, a modern enterprise Vintage Denim in the form of LLC (limited liability company) began its work in Almalyk, the press service of the Uztukimachiliksanoat association reports.
According to the press service, the enterprise has 130 sewing machines and other high-tech equipment for the production of jeans. Production capacity of the enterprise is more than 150,000 jeans trousers and knitted jumpers per month.
“Necessary conditions for effective labor are created here. And most importantly, with the start of the factory’s work, more than 250 people got a permanent job. As for the range, the company produces not only denim pants, but jumpers. Prices for denim products will be quite competitive compared to imported ones. Part of the products will be exported,” the association said.
It also became known that the company is holding talks on cooperation with leading foreign jeans brands like Colin’s, Levi’s and LC Waikiki. Currently, the company cooperates with the De facto brand.
