In Uzbekistan, two heads of regional departments of the Central Bank (CB) were changed, Kun.uz correspondent reports.
In particular, Gaybullo Vokhidov became the new head of the Namangan regional department of the Central Bank.
Gaybullo Vokhidov, born in 1984 in the Namangan district, graduated from the Namangan Engineering and Economics Institute (in 2008) and the Tashkent Financial Institute (in 2012). He began his career in 2004 at the Namangan district branch of “Agrobank”. Prior to his appointment, he worked as head of the department at the administration of Namangan region.
In addition, Valijon Turayev was appointed head of the Syrdarya regional department of the Central Bank.
Valijon Turayev was born in 1972 in the Besharik district, Fergana region. In 1995, he graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute. Prior to his appointment, he had been working at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.
