The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Uzbekistan has considered the appeal of the LLC “SMILE HEALTHY CHILDREN” regarding the seized property of this company for state needs based on a decision of the Tashkent city khokim, the press service of the chamber reports.

In connection with the seizure of the above property, the city administration provided a building located in the Chilanzar and Mirzo-Ulugbek districts for the company. However, in accordance with the assessment conducted, the value of the seized property amounted to 12,533,284,542.00 soums, while the cost of buildings and structures provided in return amounted to only 5,287,482,883.00 soums.

In this regard, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan filed a claim in the interests of the LLC “SMILE HEALTHY CHILDREN” for the recovery of the sum difference in the amount of 7,245,801,659.00 soums from the Tashkent city administration.

“By a decision of the Tashkent inter-district economic court, requirements of the CCI have been fully satisfied. 7,245,801,659.00 soums were recovered from the city administration of Tashkent in favor of the said company,” the CCI noted.

It should be recalled that earlier, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry helped the LLC “Universal plast montaj enginering” to recover 2.7 billion soums from the Tashkent city administration.
