Forbes names the most expensive Russian Internet companies including three from Uzbekistan

Forbes named the most 20 expensive Russian Internet companies in 2019, Spot informs.

The first three leaders of the rating did not change compared to last year: “Yandex” ranked first, Mail.ru Group – second, Avito – third.

Also, the newly created holding company TalentTech (16th place), which is part of the “Severgroup” was in the list. It has accumulated several startups in the field of online education and recruiting, the most important one – the online university “Netologiya-groups”, which occupied the last line in last year’s ranking.

Some companies have worsened their position in the ranking compared to last year, despite the stated revenue growth. This is due to a change in the research methodology. As a result, the KupiVip Group and Mamba companies left the Forbes rating.

Yandex is represented here by Yandex.Taxi, Yandex.Music, Yandex.Mahallia services. Also, it has launched a precipitation map and is going to launch Yandex.Spravochnik. The work on Yandex.Maps and Yandex.Navigator is underway.

Additionally, in Uzbekistan, HeadHunter and Superjob have been localized. The owner of Avito also owns OLX.uz.

In 2018, it became known about ivi's plans to enter the market of Uzbekistan, but since then there has been no official news on this subject.
